Shipping policy. Free standard shipping on all US orders. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 10–20 business days after shipping. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days, email simplepawessentials@outlook.com and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
